I use H &R Block every year. It is very easy to use. However, this year I needed help and had questions about some of the boxes I needed to fill in. I was unable to get in touch with a human. Every Help tab I clicked I either got a Bot or a weak explanation. I could not get in touch with a human and could not get my answers.

This year it probably took me a half hour to do my taxes, I electronically filed on the first day, and I got my refund on the first day, Jan 27th. The IRS accepted within 2 hours and I got my refund the following Saturday. Great program
