Been very happy using hr block for years. Makes it so easy to automatically bring over last years info. Everything went great till it didn’t. My form was denied. Took quite a while to see that last years ago was not brought over correctly by the software. Very frustrating tand took me a long time to figure out why federal was denied.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
