This is about 4 or 5 years I have been useing this software and have been pleased with it. A couple of years I had some delay in getting my refund but I think the problem was with the IRS.

Regretful that I didn't leave TurboTax way sooner

Faster processing. Faster saves. Faster screen-to-screen guide. More thorough, so it seemed. More professional, meaning no silly "Ok we know it's taking longer than expected" ubiquitous annoyances each time I signed on to continue my return build or when software updates were installing. We'll use Block going forward.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
