I arrived at the file stage and the software updated in the middle of it. So...I had to start over with all my deposit entries. It also charged my CC two times for State because of this. It should update when you open the software.

Using the MAC product. Good program. Application will only update manually. Still waiting on the AZ State software update.

2024 tax season is the 8th purchase of the HRB software. I find the application very intuitive and easy to use. If I could make one change, I'd like to open an existing return in process, when another is open, without having to close the application.

I have used your software for years and have ben satisfied until this year. Always before I could e-file my state for a charge. This year it stated that I could not \E-file my state, no reason given, but at that point I could not print my state. It took me 2 days trying before I was successful in printing. I will think hard before I buy it again next year.

I know that if I have questions I can find the answer or explanation in the very helpful pop-ups. I think you have made a very complex subject as easy and understandable as possible.
