I have been using the H&R Block home computer software since it was first available. Everything works smoothly and accurately. The only thing I run into that is annoying is often when I am ready to submit the return electronically I have to wait for a HR Block software update. This year it says the Wisconsin update will be available February 14. There should be no reason for the software not to be completely ready to go as soon as the state and fed are ready to accept returns.
