I recently purchased the federal and state. When attempting to file the return, I received a message that my returns were not accepted. This occurred on 2 attempts to file. On the third attempt it was accepted by feds and state. After paying for the first attempt to file, each time I tried to refile I had to pay for the state. This resulted in you charging me 3 times for the state return.

H&R Block works for me. I do think it could be cheaper for the software and also for submitting to the State.

Every year I use the H&R Block tax software to prepare my taxes. I have always found the software to be right to the point and ask the questions that apply to my return. I could do the taxes all by myself, but it is good to have the experts behind me in case of a screw-up. Then getting my return back in a very short time is an added benefit. I have no reason to do my taxes any other way. Thank you.
