This is Joan Myers , , , I am the person who purchases your software every year, and have been doing so since you were Tax Cut in the 1990's [do the taxes for Nicole and others.] I had never done taxes, but your program makes it very easy to do. I like that it imports information from the year before, which is great if you have carryovers. You just fill in all the information as it guides you. I e-file and refunds are issued within three weeks.
