Unable to electronically file Minnesota State income tax return. Suspect it has something to do with attaching CRP to the return for the new rental refund included with the income tax refund.

Navigating the forms leaves a lot to be desired. Found it frustrating that when jumping to a specific form I couldn’t easily return to where I left off. Also, repetitive in answering the same questions when doing so, even though the data was already populated. Very pleased with the thoroughness of the product though.

It lost my data after electronic filing

It lost my data after electronic filing. After seeing confirmation that my returns were accepted, I moved the database to a more secure file storage location. After moving the file, all the data is still there, but it thinks I did not file the return so I can no longer see the status.
