I have used this software for several years and I find it to be very user friendly. I was in the process of using it when my Windows 10 stopped seeing the internet due to a Fiber Optics upgrade. The upgrade was not at fault since my newer Windows 11 computer negotiated the internet flawlessly. I had no choice but to migrate the H&R block program to the other (Windows 11) machine. I figured it wouldn't allow me to do that without repurchasing and starting over, but it let me install on the other machine and copy the data files from the Windows 10 machine. After I e-filed my return I received an IRS acceptance within 5 minutes. Strangley my wife has had no problems on her Windows 10 machine following the Fiber Optics upgrade.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
