Contents is grawing and good. However, your software has one huge major issue in terms of user friendly policy. The font in your software is too small and hard to read. There is no way to make it bigger. If I set change of window font size to read, software cuts on right side and no help. So, I use high number of reading glass each time. Please fix this.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Some glitches when filed two state returns. For example, my IT-112-R for NY was not properly filled by the software and got rejected by NY. The fix is not difficult but should be done by software automatically. Capital loss in NJ return cannot be handled so I have to paper file by mail.

My entire tax preparation was somehow corrupted when fixing identified issues near the end of the work. I had to delete and start over.
The IRS requirements are handled poorly. I needed an IP Pin although the ones we both received from the 2024 tax return should have been active. Suggest these tasks be completed up front.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Harder, not as smooth as TurboTax but Windows 10

Forced to switch from long time use of TurboTax because they no longer supported Windows 10.
Found it clunkier and not as slick/smooth to use but still workable.
Switching between question format and forms, back and forth, not as smooth.
Terrible interface for dealing with dividend foreign stock tax credit - almost had to give up.
Also unable to import smoothly from Schwab.
Workable - just OK.

The 'in app' cost seems like a money grab, after the application checks for accurancy, the resulting issues are clumsy and lack direction for the user sending them to the 'Google sphere' for help hoping others had similar issues.
