I really like this program, but one thing really annoys me. Why walk me through pages of deductions that don't apply to me when I already know I'm taking the standard deduction. Give me the choice up front. If I'm not sure whether or not to itemize, I can go through the labyrinth of potential deductions. But when I already know I'm not even close to using itemization, don't waste my time.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charged twice for State file

Don't know what happened but I was charged twice for filing my state return. Seems like the software does not transfer some of the items it used to transfer from the previous years filing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
