Have used your tax software for many years. It is well-organized and I like the interview approach to moving through topics. One suggestion I'd like to see for future editions: a way to enlarge the text. As I get older, I'm finding it somewhat hard to read the small text on my screen. (If you already have this option, please make it easier to find. I looked, but couldn't find anywhere I could change this.)

This is the worst tax prep software I've ever used. Things were not explained clearly and to find more information, one must navigate away from the preparation page and try to remember the instructions when they return. I eventually abandoned my work and filed on FreeTaxUSA.com
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
