It's OK. It gets the job done.
The UI doesn't scale so on higher resolution displays, you may squint a bit.
I wish it had the option to allow me to just take standard deductions and not have to answer far too many questions that do not apply.

I have been with H&R Block tax software for some 30 years and will continue for as many years as I have left. Loading the prior year's information into the current year is one of the biggest advantages as compared to the free software out there today. There is a lot of data that is pre-loaded from last year that I don't have to look up or type in. A real time-saver. Plus, I like "Take me to...". I can easily move around the program to whatever topic I want, but also move sequentially through the program, beginning to end, before I submit my return.
Pros: Easy to import documents
