I have used H & R Block for over 15 years. The software is user friendly. It pulls my previous year financials so it saves time. It has been a little cumbersome the last couple years getting the software. I like the new feature asking you to request the next years Tax return to be automatically sent to me e-mail.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
