Great except . . . .

Did its usual FINE job except for two problems.
1. When printing from either directly from the program or from the saved copy ALL the pages, after the first, were truncated mid-way across the page and only showed (a useless, since I was E-filling) "Not For Filling" in the upper right corner. The truncation eliminated the tail end of a great number of entries, making the printout worthless for proofreading, and wasting a bunch of paper. This has never been a problem in the seven years that I've used the program.

2. The font, throughout the program, is EXTREMELY small for my old eyes. I couldn't find any way to enlarge it (even trying to "Blow-up the screen didn't work). I understand that the OUTPUT screens must conform, but I don't see any reason to not be able to adjust the size font of the interview phase.
Sure hope that it's fixed for next year. Two in a row will end it for me.

Difficult

Used H&R for over ten years very easy but this year 2024 version was far more difficult, very frustrating compared to earlier years. Just lot of little problems!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I have been using the program for tax prepare for at least 10 years and it has never failed to get me a refund and no audit. I like how the computer takes control and completes the form. Only thing for customer to do is follow directions and include the correct numbers. The most difficult part was trying to get an ID number from government website to send forms by email, and then finding my yearly pin number. Directions are not very clear.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
