Good product but once again some difficulty in getting installed and working fully. Required complete removal after first install and then the 2nd download and install worked as designed. Last year I needed to get a new install Email from the seller to get it to activate properly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Like your product, just have some tuning features

Overall. I think your product goes a good job. There are feaiures that
turbo Tax has that I didn't find in your tax software.
1. Feature to review and compare entries by category (income, deductions, taxes, charity) for current tax year next to entries you made the previous tax year.
2. Turbo Tax attaches your State Tax Return to your Federal Tax Return automatically. H&R Block requires the client to figure out how to generate a Tax Return pdf file and attach it to your Tax Return. I don't recall seeing a Help Button for those not familiar with using the Print Feature to designate creating a pdf file.
3. In general, more Help Buttons as you working through the varioys categories you are making entries to.
turbo Tax has that I didn't find in your tax software.

I like the software, and would rate as a 5 star if it wasn't for one thing. I could not backwards and change my mind on the question to calculate underpayment penalty. If you yes calculate it, you can't go back and say irs calculate it.
