I wish this had an option to look at different filing statuses, such as married filing joint and married filing separate, without having to completely start a new return.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I have bought your tax software every year for years and choose to remain loyal. The last two years in particular have been a snap, and checks out under review. You've fixed a few reported past bugs well. Your local physical offices have helped me a few times in the past. Installs easily, runs smoothly, and I can store my data locally.
