For the past 5 years I have been using this software I run into the same problems! The Accuracy Review says I have data and other errors. I go the the place of the error and put an entry in ie name/dob or a numerical entry. I close the Accuracy Review, save the return, open it again and run the Accuracy Review again and it tells me the places need corrected. I can run the review again and one error is fixed and not the other, run review again and now both errors are back. I did a chat with an agent and after 10 minutes advised wait for the next IRS update! The errors are always in some background data form and highly unlikely to be fixed by an IRS update. This is my last year for your software. I can not e-file until the errors are fixed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
