It’s easy to use. Walks you through the process easily. I do recommend it to anyone that wants to make the tax process better on themselves rather than paying someone else’s to do it. One thing is, when there turns out to be a mistake on your part and you have to resubmit your taxes instead of going through the entire submission process again you get charged a second time to do it. Just have it where the resubmit is one simple step.

After purchasing the product I continued to receive weekly emails soliciting my purchase of the product. Frustrating waste of my time and yours. Could not find a solution to an error. It was easier to start a new return. Importing from prior year works well.

Last year was great but this year my state taxes are being rejected. All it says about why they were rejected is because my fedrol taxes weren't accepted but they were I got an email and everything.

If a person can read and comprehend, doing your own taxes with H&R Block software is easier than working with a "tax professional", many of whom are not. You can take your time. Work on it when you can. Go back and check your work. It is much better than trusting a stranger to allegedly work in your best interest.
