The one thing you need to change is the part where I'm ready to Efile and it checks for updates. This should be done earlier in the process so I don't have to redo many of the final entries. This ticks me off every time I use this program.

Once again this year the deluxe federal and state program I bought did not load the state program, necessitating a call for assistance. My husband is a veteran, but I find it unclear as to how to find out if he qualifies for any benefits when I file. As an author, I struggle to make sense of my very small business deductions.

Cons: Time consuming

I bought this because I have used hr block for years with no issues. To my disappointment I was unable to e file my state tax in WV. I spent the extra money to specifically be able to do that but because you were not able to upload my personal property tax forms for unknown reasons I feel like I did not get my money's worth.
