Easy to Install, Easy to Use

Starting with the installation process, both federal and state installed with no problems, and periodic updates installed themselves flawlessly. The software was easy to use and instilled confidence when doing so. I am a repeat customer, and will continue to be a customer.

This version did not seem to import all the information from the prior year. It also imported the WRONG AGI which took a long time to figure out how to change.

Focusses on what the IRS needs and wants to know and eliminates information and questions that are not relevant to my current living situation. I have been using the H&R Block Deluxe software since 2017 and find it easy to prepare and file my tax returns. Being able to import data from last year's return and tax documents is a very nice feature and minimizes any mistakes that can be made when entering the data manually.

I've used H&R Block At Home for years and love it! DeductionPro is a great tool and my favorite in the program because it cuts out the guesswork. I like that the program walks you through everything. There is only 1 section that I still never am totally clear on, it has to do with questions about SS (and a Railroad workers program?).
