TurboTax got rid of disc and has also gone to just online. I read so many negative reviews from people who have tried that and even one that was titled "come on, TurboTax get it together!". So this is the first time I've ever tried H&r block! It had no problems at all with installation or with execution of the software! I was extremely pleased and relieved because this is not a Time to be selling defective software! I was worried that the software would be different than TurboTax, since that's all I've used these past years. But the layout and how it works is exactly the same! It shows what you may receive is refund, or what you may owe in the upper left corner, just like TurboTax did!
And in some respects easier, and a whole lot faster then turbotax! TurboTax used to take about 4 minutes to install. H&r block took the better part of 15-30 seconds. I don't think we'll be going back! This software is easier than TurboTax.
