The font is too small for my old eyes, and does not appear to be adjustable. Meanwhile there is a LOT of wasted space on the screens.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I have used HR Block for several years and have been pleased. My beef this year is that I could not file my State tax electronically because it does not support a West Virginia tax change that allows us to deduct the property tax paid on our vehicles. The "Tip" in that section simply says this change will not be supported this year. Talking to other in my office, this is not the case with other tax preparation services. So I had to use snail mail when I thought I was paying for the convenience of E filing.

I was able to get through my tax return in a couple of ours using the Deluxe version of the app. One thing I would like to see in future versions is a bookmarking feature that would allow me to go back to the interview in places where I needed to research more information. It is kind of clunky to pull up the form then try to figure out what interview question was not completed. Otherwise, the application performed its intended function.
