It works but it’s very confusing in some areas. They want you to upgrade your software to be able to get help with questions. Using the drop down feature to get answers just sends you in circles. And then they charge you to e-file your state taxes. It’s all just a racket to get more money out of you
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Federal portion is well designed, and easy to use. The State portion is ok, but somewhat hard to understand a person's status as you perform the functions. The Local portion is tough as your status don't seem to show until you are finished and print out your forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

It's fairly easy to use but when it came to filling out the 1040 schedule 1, it did it automatically and it didn't ask you any questions. I wish you could have more than one form open when use the drop-down menu for forms so you could do some comparisons.

Have used their software for years. Generally pleased. The cost of an extra state is too high though. Disappointed that the tax planning and estimated taxes section was not available when I did my taxes on February 8th. It said to come back later.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
