I had some trouble negotiating the program, but I'm not great with computers. My mai problem is I can't tell if my state taxes were excepted or not. And when I called I got transferred 3 times and the last person thought they had been but didn't know how to tell to confirm it.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One small complaint for an otherwise great product

I have used taxcut for many years and am quite satisfied with the produce. One complaint I have is with having to purchase the state e file after the fact. I would rather pay that cost when I purchase the software originally.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
