I've used H&R Block software for my tax returns for several years now, and I find it very easy to use. You just have to follow through the questions, and provide specifics if the program identifies something that applies to you. There's an Accuracy Review at the end, and it will tell you if you need to update or verify some of your numbers. I will keep using this software for our tax preparation going forward.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have used your software for at least 15 years. It is consistent and efficient and gets even easier to use every year. I'll never use any other tax preparation software. Takes me less than 90 minutes to do my taxes, and that's with non-standard deductions!

I had automatic renewal as I have been a customer for years. However, this year I ran into a problem with RMD issue. I had to subsequently talk to someone (not so easy) who was able to figure out why I was supposed to pay over $15,000 in taxes. Even the rep had a difficult time figuring it out, but together we straightened it out. This never happened in the past, and I think you need to reexamine that part of the program.

I love the deductible software for gifts and donations as we always donate to Goodwill. Deduction pro helps a ton in this situation. Easy to navigate back to a topic if you need to change something.
