I bought this in 2024 and the purchase experience was no fun. The webpage creator made no attempt to let us know purchase was accomplished so re submitting was charged twice by my credit card. The program itself was used in 2023 also however all of the financial institutions that we use did not repopulate the 2024 return & had to be entered them manually along with our retirement and employment data.The banks etc. do not appear when I searched for them in the download data section either. The only successful thing I was able to do was my 401k data that large institution was listed. It did remember my AGI number fortunately so that was a nice surprise all in all the GUI screens are not as good as TurboTax which I left due to their insisting on keeping my return data also. DO NOT do that or I will have to use another program. As a victim of identity theft it's none of their or anyone else's business.

Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
