Been using H&R Block Deluxe + State since 2018 and this is the first year I am thoroughly disappointed. The Federal Return didn't transfer data to my state return as it said it would. When I contacted Customer Support, they just dismissed my concerns. But how do I know there weren't other issues with transferred data? There lack of concern makes me very nervous. Also, spent an entire day trying to purchase a second state from both within the program and H&R Block website and they charged my card but never got the download link. Tech support was less than helpful. Avoid this program for 2024 if at all possible!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Actually I have no issues with the software itself. The issue is with purchasing it. You mailed me a card and I tried to buy it but it told me my card was declined. I tried again and same thing. Tried 2 other cards. Both declined. I had to buy it through a retailer and used the same card you declined. When I went into my bank app I found that you charged me 4 times for the same software that you declined payment for and I’m still trying to get it straightened out.
