The HR software kept showing an error message for social security benefits although I didn’t list it as earnings due to pension offset. I finally had to delete the form but error messages still continued. This was not a problem last year. I was able to download hr software without a problem this year .

I have used H&R Block software to do our taxes for years, until last year. We had some inheritance that made our taxes a little more detailed. So this year I am trying to do our taxes without last years information. So far I believe I am doing ok, but still hot sure.

So many ways to free file that I'm sorry I bought this. Still unable to get this to let a QCD be claimed on an inherited IRA although the IRS allows it.
