I have had problems with H & R Block but so far I have been able to get help to resolve the problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

While the program worked fine for filing, II think I have what I will describe as a residual problem: I used the program to download information from our investment company and since that download, I have been unable to sign-in with that company to access our accounts I am notifying them of this issue as well.

The software was easy to use except for two situations. I had been trying a long time to find out how to enter the estimated taxes that I paid to the state without success. Finally online someone said that it was not entered in the state section, but in the federal section and I found it. Then I tried to compute next years estimated taxes to pay to the state. No luck. The system kept saying the software was not ready yet.
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
