I highly recommend this software and have been using it for over 10 years. Although I was a former H&R Block preparer for 10 years and understood the program, I am certain that others with less tax knowledge would be able to navigate with confidence. HRB taught me a lot about tax preparation and I was able to teach the preparer course for 3 years. I also took the Enrolled Agent course and passed the exam on the first try. I am very grateful to HRB for adding this experience to my life.

Live in a no-income tax state and shouldn’t have to pay for that option. Advertisement showed that option until I got to pick one on the menu, had to pay more! The program itself was easy to use due to the fact that I had only two entries, W2 and IRA contribution. It is also good in that gives feedback on where the filing is in the process.

I have been usisng the H&R Block tax program for ten years. It works well on my Mac, and I have had no serious software issues, except for a small problem with updating the federal and state program. I was able to fix the problem through the FAQ trouble shooter. I especially like the eFile feature. It is intuitive and provides quick feedback.

OK product. It always seems incomplete. Constant and multiple warnings about IRS forms not supported, or waiting for an update. In past years, warnings appear even well after tax season ends.
