Very good software that updates when necessary. My only beef is they charge more for an additional state than I paid for the original package— which included five federal efiles and one state package.
Pros: Easy to prepare

First year out of 20 I had trouble filing.Got rejected 7 times. Had to call HR Block, 1st time ever, and we fixed it together.
Second problem this year was when I imported prior year return, the prior year return was somehow funked up and had '22 info. This was carried over to '24. I had to research 2023 return to see what was actually filed and luckily my State return which I file separately from HRBlock, verified my paper copies of filed return. The saved file from 2023 was corrupted and I manually had to change carryover info ie: residential energy credit and AGI.
