The only area of the process that I found confusing was the RMD versus actual withdrawal from my IRA. I took out more than the RMD but I kept getting a message about a penalty for not taking out the RMD and questions about withdrawals during the correction period. I guess I finally got it correct because it stopped complaining about the RMD.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

This year's version (2024) has created multiple software issues related to updates causing me to call in for technical assistance which was a real hassle going through the automated screening and then having to go through layers of others to finally get a resolution. Hours of frustration!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using your product for many years and I'm well satisfied with it. I did have an issue this year. Normally I receive several emails from you offering your software to me early in the process, normally starting in November. For some reason that did not happen this year and I actually had a difficult time finding your product, I finally located it and was able to purchase it from an alternate source.
