But I had to file a Minnesota return by paper because the software couldn’t handle a change in how rental cost for the state credit were to be submitted.

You explicitly direct users to enter the activation code in "their" browser. My browser of choice is Google Chrome. I received a error message "page not found." Mildly annoying. After some searching and futile retries, I used Microsoft Edge, and it worked, most likely because it's continually updated. Also, checking your website didn't help. Should have been right up front for such an obvious case. you are hurting your repeat business by not have that as a first result of a site search.
