Cost to much for loyal customers. I have been using HR Block tax software for more than 20 years and still have to pay the same each year. Love the software, just think I should be given a discount for loyalty when there are many other tax packages I could use that are free and less expensive. I will continue to use this software because it gets me the maximum refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

I have used H&R block tax program for many years. This year. Is where we may part ways. The state program I very bad. I have had to submit my state taxes manually for 5 years because of your errors. This was the worst time I have used. Both federal and state

The first software did not work right. I finally got to a real person ( by the way was very hard to do) and she finally figured out the software was corrupt . She sent me a new code for new software and it went well after that.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
