I've been using H&R Block Deluxe Software for quite a few years and will continue to do so. My only issue this year was that I didn't receive emails when the federal and state tax forms were 'accepted' like I have in the past. It's not a big deal since the software itself provides status updates but I still would have liked to have received those emails or I would have liked to have been informed that the feature has been eliminated or an explanation of some sort.
