I've been using this for years but the last 2 years there has been problems with some of the forms used for donations. It keeps telling my I need more information when the form has been completed. Then when I go to try to updated on the form, it highlights the areas but will not let me change it. I ended up just ignore the error and filed as is. Without a doubt, I will be switching to a different program next year.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's good with a couple of caveats. They fail to ask questions during the process, and there are several worksheets that need to be added to when it looks for mistakes. The mistakes are the software's mistakes for not asking the questions.
