I have used this software for many years. This year, I ran into a few issues.
-Could not print the help items.
-Wells Fargo Clearing Services was not listed to import brokerage information. Additional help information should be included in the software.
-Received an error message 504 for importing data. This was reported and has been escalated.

The software was great for doing my taxes, but it was a nightmare when it sent me through the review. Insisting that I provide information on a Social Security form when I do not get Social Security.I have used this software for years and never did need fo fill out that form. If I have this problem in the future I will stop using it.

The IRS rejected my attempts to efile even though accuracy review had zero issues (but 228 verifications related mostly to Morgan Stanley Capital Gains and Losses. Never had such issues in the past. Had to print and mail the return..
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
