After using it for Pennsylvania at the very end when hitting the send button a pop up says it needs a form that
gives a list of places that you worked at in the past year but they are both retired so for two years in a row i just sent a blank word file or it will not let you file this is inconvenient for it to block you for a paper that is not needed

I have been using H&R for many years. Generally very happy with product. It is relatively easy to use, and I am particularly pleased with the step by step system they employ. Some of the word usage can occasionally be confusing, but that is likely the fault of the IRS rather than the program.

It got me through on time. Spent a horrendous couple of days looking for my standard deduction which was not used because I attempted to go the route of itemization. The routine for entering data for possible itemized return must have an error in it. Only way I got it to work properly was to eliminate every itemization entry. One erroneous yes created the problem.
