Required Minimum Distribution - very confusing

I found the instructions for Required Minimum Distribution very confusing and I spent a lot of extra unnecessary time. I answered that I had met the require minimum distribution amount. It took me to the next page where I needed to enter the Minimum Distribution amount and the amount distributed. Very confusing which field to use for the amount of the actual distribution. But then at the end, it showed a warning about the amount that I had entered. After much time I determined that I did not have to enter these amount if I had met the distribution. Why do you take me to that page when I don't need to use it? At one point it determined that I owed additonal taxes. Very confusing.

Every year, the usual quirks of the accuracy review.
I mark full time state resident ... then have to input start and end dates.
This year, I was also required to input Social Security numbers ... which you already have.
Fonts are way too small, with no way to increase that I know of.
Too often, I have to click ... no I don't want these special offers.
