This basic program meets all my software needs from dependent students to retired folks with IRA's, Social Security, and investment earnings and deductions. However, printing options need to be radically improved so only the particular page of a form desires is printed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I am very frustrated about the IP PIN field. The IRS has assigned me a PIN but their PIN has 6 digits but your software only has space for 5 digits. I have tried everything dropping last number, dropping first number, using my number from last year and the IRS continues to reject my tax return. I still haven’t been successful. Your chat option was not any help at all.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have been using your software for years since it is so easy to work with. I would have given 5 stars if your state software was more straightforward. My state now requires a new form to be attached concerning a tax on road usage by hybrid and electric vehicles. When I got to the point of sending my tax returns, your software still did not provide me with that option. I had to call your company to find out that this option will be provided after making the selection to send my tax return. Doesn't make sense to provide this option prior to this point instead of not knowing that it would be offered after electing to send the tax form?
