I have been using this software for many years.My returns are very complicated and the software handles my tax situation well.My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the inability of the state software to handle filing a state return as a non-resident.
Pros: Easy to prepare

E file was very easy. Had trouble with form 1116 as it dropped out of the return on my first attempt. In the end it worked out fine.

Bought program and ran it it early in season only to find AFTER my State refund had been back for weeks (late May) that the program HAD NOT FILED MY FEDERAL REFUND! I had to do the return over agin and refile the return. Was it not filed because it was supposed to be free?
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had problems with classification of a managed account. Program would not accept that it was NOT an IRA. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out a questionable solution? to be able to e-file.
