garbage software, I've spent a week fighting an issue that it gets auto rejected by the federal but HR block says it's good. I've spent hours with HR help and they still haven't been able to help me. Considering how bad this experience has been and I've been with HR Block my entire life, I'm going to try turbo tax next year. I may have to actually use it this year if I ever want to get my taxes back
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used them for years. The calculations are reliable and easy to review. The option to dive into the literal actual forms behind the sleek interface is by far my favorite feature. Perhaps the competitors can do the same but, in my experience, it's worth my time and money to stick with this product. I have literally done all my taxes ever with HR Block software.
