Software was easy to use. I needed to file in multiple states and had issues using my credit card more than once for purchases of states, and, filing in multiple states. There was no help with this issue. I waited a week and then was able to file state returns online. Maybe let folks know a wait is required to reuse a credit card, would be helpful.

I don't have any preference among Tax programs. I've been a H&R Block customer for years and still have issues navigating the program. You can't print the page you're presently on. It doesn't take you to all worksheets, e.g., calculating taxes owed. I called H&R block and the agent couldn't help me. I discovered it's on Schedule D but took me a lot of my time to find. When you go through the interview you're asked for interest, then later when you download interest is again entered. You have to carefully go over each and every entry.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
