This survey isn't working, just like the state dow

I purchased your deluxe version (with state returns) since it was first offered to me many years ago. I can tell you that for each of those years the state tax software was never available in the "State" window as your Help system professed. There was no option in that window that enabled me to get the software that had been purchased. This year (2024) was no exception. Each of these years I have had to talk to one of you agents to obtain a link to download the software and each year I have explained the problem and asked for a fix. I have been ignored for all of those years. Will 2025 be the same or will I get different software? You tell me. The "Review Title", "Personal/Product Information", and "Product Rating" survey blocks of this survey are as dysfunctional as the ability to find state (MO) software in the "State" window of your tax software. You need some professional software people.

no PA state e-file???

In today's world, it is TOTALLY unacceptable not to offer PA state e-file. Of course, the product says you can, until you get to the very end of the process, and then it says, you can't e-file, must print your return and file on paper! It doesn't matter what else this product can do if you end up in a "train wreck".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year's software seems buggier. I had to manually correct several entries. Also, Medicaid waiver was confusing this year.
