I purchased Federal+State. I had to manually fix almost every form that was imported. You also wouldn't file my state taxes without charging an additional $40, making the entire purpose of paying for a state return key a useless scam. You should be ashamed.

I was asked to enter a PIN to make an e-file. It could be any five numbers. I did so but my e-file was rejected because it did not contain an IRS issued PIN. After much searching at IRS.gov I finally obtained one. My subsequent e-file was accepted by the IRS. I wish the software would have warned me that I needed the IRS PIN.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
