Badly needs 21st century capable application!

the product works fairly well but needs to have 21st century abilities like zoom, full screen, message windows that you can keep available without closing before resolving the issue causing the message to pop up. these features are especially helpful for those of us who are aging and our vision is not so good anymore. thanks!

I have used the H&R application for 10 years. Usually, I am very happy with its easy-to-use format. In the 2024 version even though my return went through the accuracy test when submitted to the IRS it was rejected. Since I file both the federal and state together, I was charged the state fee multiple times.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
