Great software. East to use, although I had issues with the program skipping topics. I had to keep going back to find topics that were skipped.

Cannot efile the state of Alabama return. I have to paper file and make a trip to the post office. This is the second time to paper file with Alabama. No issue with efile Federal. (2) errors that are bogus because I verified the errors and they are not errors but because of the bogus errors I cannot efile the state of Alabama. The H&R Block software will not efile Alabama return.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Towards the end of the filing I have a problem with actually getting to the last few pares of the filing process. It has been a bit since I filed but I can't seem to get past the check filing status except by clicking on the heading either ''WRAPPING UP' or 'FINISHED'. Anyway there is not Next to go to hte next page. This has been a problem every year that I have used your software. I will try to keep track of hte issue when I file another return and will do the survey again, if allowed.
