It gets the job done, but there don't seem to be any improvements year over year. It's the same software for a new tax year. Maybe next year will be when AI gets added and instead of popping up a help dialog box which may or may not be helpful, you can ask a question and get a relevant answer.

I bought it early to get a good deal. Just wish they kept the price at the lower level a little longer. I don’t do my taxes until February when I get most of my tax documents in. By then the software needs several updates.

Good except the program doesn’t allow for multiple mortgage statement on same loan due to a home loan being sold.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Great product but be sure you get correct platform

I started on line and completed all, but much prefer to download the product as I have in the past. I downloaded the program but couldn't transfer the data from the on line product so had to start over. If there was a way to do so, the product would be better. I do like the ease of both products and guided directions.
