Have used this software for several years. It does the job, prepare to wait until late February until all features (and required forms) are ready

The program did not upload the right validation code to the free e-file screen correctly as it left off the .hyphen. There for I could not file that way. I had to pay for the e-file to the IRS. Other than that the software works great..

I have always used a CPA firm to do my taxes. This was my first year doing it myself. There is a learning curve as you work through the interview process, but things start to flow more easily as you learn how to navigate the program. The only thing I encountered that wasn't quite intuitive to me was figuring out how to enter a loss on a sale of stocks. I also paid for my state return and that return was pretty seamless as well.
